Goals of Pakistan Vision 2025

Education Targets:

Achieve 100% primary school enrollment and completion, pushing literacy rates to 90%.

Raise the tax rate from 9.8% to 18% of GDP.

Governance, Institutional Reform, and Modernization

Attain top 50th percentile rankings for Political Stability, No Violence/Terrorism, and Control of Corruption.
Pillar IV:

Energy, Water, and Food Security
Energy Targets:

Double power generation to 42,000 MW to ensure uninterrupted electricity for over 90% of the population.
Decrease the average cost per unit by more than 25% and focus on utilizing indigenous sources for over 50% of power generation.

Water and Food:

Raise the water storage capacity to ninety days and raise agricultural output by twenty percent.
Assure universal access to potable water, and reduce the proportion of the population experiencing food insecurity from 60% to 30%.

Increase the percentage of rail transportation from 4% to 20% while doubling road density.
