PEEF Scholarships 2023-24
The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) has announced scholarships for deserving students. Students who meet the eligibility criteria (described below) and fall into one of the categories (described below) may apply PEEF Scholarships.
PEEF Scholarships 2023-24 for Deserving students Students from the Punjab province who are enrolled as regular students in Government/Private Institutes within the boundaries of the Punjab Province are eligible to apply. PEEF Scholarships 2023-24 for Intermediate and Graduation to Study on the expenses of Punjab Government.
The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) was founded in 2008 and is governed by Section 42 of the Company Ordinance of 1984. PEEF has awarded over 455,000 scholarships totaling over Rs. 26 billion to deserving students at all levels of education. PEEF has changed the lives of countless people by enabling them to break free from poverty and pursue their dreams.PEEF Scholarships 2023-24 for Intermediate and Graduation Students who passed their Matric and Intermediate exams as regular students in 2023 have an excellent opportunity to apply for the Scholarships. Deserving students may apply online before the 31st of January 2024. Fill out the online application form and attach all relevant documents.

PEEF Scholarships 2023-24 for Intermediate and Graduation:
If you graduated from Matric Intermediate in 2023 and fall into one of the following categories, you are eligible for Special Quota Scholarships:
- Orphaned students whose father has died (upload two Union Council death certificates).
- Children of Government Employees in Grades 4-1 (one to four) (upload payslip/pension copy indicating grade and position).
- Minority Religious Students (Upload Minority Certificate)
- Students with special needs (upload disability certificate issued by DHQ/THQ) and the Union of Children of Civilians Martyred in Terrorist Attacks (upload Death Certificate issued by the Council stating the cause of death.
PEEF Scholarships 2023-24 for Minorities:
Under the Ministry of Human Rights and Minority Affairs of the Government of Punjab Additional scholarships for meritorious minority students. Students who belong to Minorities can avail this opportunity with extra allowances by the Ministry of Minority Affairs Punjab.
Eligibility Criteria:
Below is the Eligibility Criteria for PEEF Scholarships 2023-24:
- Only Students belonging to the respective category are eligible to apply.
- Students who have secured at least (60%) marks in Matric/Intermediate Examination 2023 (Annual) conducted by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education or Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.
- Students of Federal Government/Private Registered Educational Institutions located within the boundaries of Punjab Province are eligible to apply.
- Enrolled in a full-time (regular) registered educational institution for intermediate or graduation in 2023. Parents’ total monthly income is Rs 60,000 or less.
- Children of Grade 4 – 1 (one to four) government employees are exempted from the requirement of Rs 60,000 monthly income (if income is from salary only).
Application Process:
Interested candidates may apply online through PEEF’s official website at https://student.peef.org.pk/specialquotaRegistration/ until January 31, 2024. Make sure to submit applications by the deadline.

PEEF Scholarships 2023-24 Online Apply:
Students who meet the eligibility criteria/belong to the described categories may only apply online through the PEEF website. Handwritten applications or applications received directly will not be considered and will be rejected. Make sure to submit complete online applications that include all required and relevant information.
Disclaimer:
If the applicant provides incorrect or incomplete information, the application will be considered rejected, and no action will be taken. Students who have passed the TEVTA/PBTE examination are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
Handwritten applications or applications sent directly to the PEEF office will not be accepted. Students from other provinces, such as AJK, are ineligible to apply. Students with extra passing marks/Mars Mapro/repeat status are not eligible to apply. The application will be rejected if the relevant category certificate is not uploaded online.
